FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

About our classes

Pole dance classes require short fitted pants and a sleeveless (sports) top. Particularly the skin of your legs is necessary for grip in the pole. Please note that from Pole L2 you will be hanging upside down.

For Sensual Pole Flow you bring (high) heels and kneepads.

For Stretching we advise comfortable clothing, such as sweatpants, a t-shirt or sports top and cardigan.

For Twerk Fit we recommend loose-fitting pants, plus knee pads and inside gym shoes. You can borrow knee pads from the studio for your very first class.

For our classes Aerial Hammock and Aerial Hoop we ask you to wear clothing that also covers your legs, feet and armpits.

For safety reasons, we ask everyone not to wear body lotion, creams or oil on the day of your pole class. Lotions and the like cause slipperiness, causing you to lose grip.

Please remove jewelry such as earrings, rings, bracelets and necklaces before the start of the class.

No, that is absolutely no problem. You will notice that as soon as you regularly take (pole dancing) classes, you will naturally become stronger, more flexible and have more stamina! We pay attention to all these different aspects in our classes.

Everyone aged 16 and over is welcome in our studio. However, under the age of 18 you do need parental permission. Not 18 anymore? Age is nothing but a number and there is certainly no age limit for pole dancing.

A number of classes are taught in English by default, because the teacher does not speak Dutch. If there are students present who do not speak Dutch, the teacher also switches to English.
